Are you a business owner looking to develop your talent? Look no further than the Zachary Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership North program. This once-a-month for 6 month program will give your promising employees the tools they need to take their skills to the next level.
With field trips to major businesses like Exxon, GP, and the BR Zoo and executive speakers from IBM, Exxon, and Lane, your employees will get 1-on-1 coaching and hand on knowledge from the best business leaders in the area.
There are still a few slots left to sign up for the program which starts in April. For a $600 investment, you can supercharge your employee's professional development. The program is great for anyone who shows leadership potential but is designed to be especially beneficial for individuals who studied something other than business in college and who need to learn some key skills before transitioning to a new role within your company.

The 2024 Leadership NORTH initiative welcomes applications from those who live or work in north Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas of Baton Rouge, Zachary, Central, and Baker, as well as from the parishes of Pointe Coupee, East Feliciana, and West Feliciana. Candidates should ensure they have full support from their associated business or organization.
