Did you know that EBRP Library System is one of the top, star-rated library systems in the country? What does this mean? Well, it means that our library system, including Zachary Branch Library, has high circulation levels, many programs and events, and solid funding and support.

What does that mean for us? It means a world of knowledge and entertainment is at your fingertips. From summer reading programs to knitting clubs and teen craft grab bags, the library should be your first stop for free summer entertainment. Here are some highlights….

Summer Reading Program

The 2023 Summer Reading Program runs from June 1 through August 15. You can earn incentives and virtual badges for completing your summer reading this year. Register online at https://ebrpl.beanstack.org or at the circulation desk. With levels for children, teens, and adults, the entire family can enjoy prizes and fun. One of the prizes for the teen program is a full sized box of Sour Patch Kids. The teen librarians definitely understand incentives.
