At the Zachary Rotary Luncheon on Thursday, outgoing President Daniel Gomez passed the baton to the newly appointed President, Heather Prejean, who will lead the Zachary Rotary Club for the 2024-25 term. Heather Prejean brings extensive leadership experience from her previous role as the Director of the Zachary Chamber. She currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Community Relations at the Bank of Zachary, where she continues to make significant contributions to both the bank and the community.

"Through Rotary, I am committed to fostering collaboration and innovation that positively impacts our community," said Prejean. "It's a privilege to serve alongside dedicated professionals and make a meaningful difference in Zachary's business and civic landscape."

An official swearing-in ceremony will be held in the fall, where President Heather Prejean will name her board members, who will also be sworn in for the upcoming term.
