New E-Check Utility Payment Option Now Available for City of Zachary Residents

The City of Zachary is pleased to announce a new, convenient utility payment option now

available to residents. To enhance customer service and provide greater flexibility, the City has

added E-Check payments via mobile and online devices to its list of utility payment methods.

New Features Include:

Mobile E-Check Payments: Pay securely from any smart device through our user-friendly online portal.

Online Account Access: Register at https://1.municipal.cc/ZacharyLA/Webportal/ to check balances, view payment history, and manage your account 24/7.

Technical Support: Assistance is available through the website's support number and live chat feature.
Note: A $1.50 surcharge applies to all E-Check payments.

Other Available Payment Options: Hand-deliver payments to 4650 Main Street. Use the self-service kiosk located at the City Annex, 4650 Main Street. Set up recurring bank draft payments by visiting www.cityofzachary.org

Residents are also encouraged to go paperless by signing up for electronic billing. This option

delivers the same detailed billing information as paper bills, but with added speed and

convenience.
