Plains Presbyterian Church Partners with Food Bank to Fight Summer Hunger

As summer break begins, many families face the challenge of providing nutritious meals for their children who typically rely on school breakfast and lunch programs during the academic year. To help bridge this gap, Plains Presbyterian Church is stepping up to serve the Zachary community through the SUN Meals program.

What is SUN Meals?

This summer, Plains Presbyterian Church has partnered with the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank and SUN Meals to provide free, nutritious weekly meal boxes for local children and teenagers.
