Patterson Construction Group is excited to expand their Suites concept into the Zachary market with its newest location: The Suites at Americana, opening January 2026 in the heart of Zachary’s premier traditional neighborhood development, Americana. Whether you're a stylist, esthetician, or creative entrepreneur, this innovative concept offers the freedom and flexibility to take your business to the next level.
This will be the third location of Patterson’s upscale office and retail development concept. Existing Suites locations in Long Farm Village (Baton Rouge) and Shoe Creek (Central) are home to successful tenants including multiple high-end salons, and a range of corporate offices, particularly in the home services industry.
Construction is already underway at Americana, with framing set to begin this week. The new development is conveniently located in the green space to the left of the parking lot shared by Agave Blue and the nearby apartments.
