The countdown is on! This weekend, the skies over Zachary will be glowing with color as the Really Hot Air Balloon Festival floats back into town, and this year’s event promises to be bigger, better, and even more magical than before.

The two-day event starts Friday August 8, from 4-9:30 p.m., and will return Saturday at the same time. BREC's Zachary Community Park will transform into a festival ground with balloon glows, morning flights, and tethered rides. There's also live music, food trucks, a mechanical bull, and many craft fair-type vendors. There's something for everyone at this can't-miss community celebration!

What to Expect This Year
Spectators can look forward to:

• Spectacular balloon launches and glows each evening from 6-9pm (weather permitting)

• Family-friendly comedian & TikTok celebrity Leigh McNasty

• 10 Local food vendors serving up Louisiana favorites

• Live music and entertainment for all ages: Friday-Chubby Carrier & Lauren Lee Band; Saturday- Adam Leger & Thomas Cain 

• Car show by Zachary Cars & Coffee on Saturday from 4-5pm

• 70 Artisan and craft vendors, giveaways, and more!
