Lane Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the promotion of Caleb Banks to Clinic Operations Lead. In this role, Caleb will serve as a liaison between the Practice Management Director and the clinic leadership and staff. His focus will be on ensuring operational alignment, implementing best practices, and improving communication between clinic managers and senior leadership.

Previously, Caleb served as Physician Practice Manager for Lane's Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and Surgery clinics. His experience in clinic operations, team leadership, and process improvement has prepared him to drive efficiency and enhance patient care across Lane’s outpatient services.

“Caleb has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to improving clinic
operations,” said Patty Williams, Physician Practice Director. “He’s the perfect fit for this role, and I’m confident he will continue to make a significant impact on our clinics' performance.”
Caleb is also an EPIC Cadence Credentialed Trainer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies Management and Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

When he’s not at work, Caleb enjoys attending concerts, all LSU sports events, and spending time with his fiancée, Hannah, and their dog, Benji.
