Ryan McNabb is a lifelong resident of the Baton Rouge area and graduated from LSU. He spent many years working in the Environmental, Health, and Safety field, from the Louisiana Dept. of Environmental Quality, to EHS roles at various local chemical plants, eventually achieving the title Certified Safety Professional through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

Framework is a rebirth of sorts. Ryan originally started Framework as a part time business in 2002, before pursuing the EHS field full time. Over the years, Ryan missed the home inspection business and helping people purchase their homes with confidence. Having several passions….Real Estate, aviation, and travel among them, Ryan decided to follow one of his passions and restart Framework Home Inspection LLC with the idea of “love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life”.

Ryan has personally renovated several homes and condos over the years, including maintaining investment properties. He loves teaching people about their homes in a way that’s easy for them to understand, without all the industry jargon that may not be common to the average person. Ryan is probably the only inspector in Louisiana who has passed the National Home Inspector Exam twice!
