In a celebration of community spirit, Central Private School is gearing up for the much anticipated Redhawk Market and Redhawk Roux Gumbo/Jambalaya Cook-Off, slated to take place on March 16th. This event is open to the public and promises to be a delightful day filled with local vendors, great food, and fun family games with a focused commitment to rebuilding the Central Private campus that fell victim to the devastating 2016 floods. The Redhawk Market, set to open its doors at 11:00 AM, will feature a variety of local vendors showcasing their crafts, arts, and homemade goods. From handmade jewelry to unique artworks, attendees will have the opportunity to explore and support the talents of the local community. The day's main attraction is the Redhawk Roux Gumbo and Jambalaya Cook-Off, where local teams will compete for up to $400 in prizes. There will also be a cornhole tournament sponsored by Central City Steak & Seafood.
