Join us for a Beginners Pilates Class for Men & Women!
Beginners will focus on improving strength, flexibility, and posture through precise movements and controlled breathing with Certified Trainer Tanesha Craig-Stewart in conjunction with Eating God’s Way. Participants engage in a series of exercises designed to target specific muscle groups while emphasizing core stability.
