McKey Fitness will host its first Health and Wellness Expo, bringing together local health and wellness businesses to showcase their services to the community.

The event offers Zachary residents and their families a chance to explore local options for fitness, wellness, and healthy living. Attendees can participate in workout demonstrations, meet with wellness vendors, and learn about services available in the area.

Free Workout Demonstrations

The expo features multiple complimentary workout sessions throughout the day at 9:00, 10:00, 10:45, and 11:30 AM. Local fitness experts from Trifecta Bodied by DocFit, CrossFit Zachary, and step aerobics instructors will showcase their training styles, giving attendees a chance to try something new and find their perfect fitness match.

Local Health and Wellness Vendors

Local businesses will be on-site to share their services and expertise, including:

• ZenJus offering free samples and infused water
• Zachary Spine and Sports providing rehabilitation insights
• IVMD showcasing wellness services
• Hue Mobile Spray Tanning with special $25 tanning packages
• Genesis Wellness Microgreens featuring fresh, locally-grown nutrition
• Elle Boutique for wellness-focused shopping
• pH Balanced Wellness offering massage services
• Renaissance Skincare with beauty and skincare solutions

The Espresso Geaux coffee truck will be on-site, along with the Life Share Blood Drive Truck for those wanting to donate blood.
