Choosing the Destination
The LeBlanc family embarked on a memorable trip to Cancun, Mexico to celebrate Christmas as a family, staying at the luxurious Dreams Vista Golf & Spa Resort. According to Sara LeBlanc, the resort offered "excellent service and beautiful views," showcasing spectacular golf courses and spas. The culinary experience, she noted, was nothing short of amazing.

Exceeding Expectations

A major highlight of their trip was the boat ride to Isla Mujeres, where Sara said, "The water was breathtaking. We snorkeled and saw sea turtles and lots of beautiful fish." The visit to the Mayan Ruins left a lasting impression, emphasizing its significance as a must-see destination for everyone's bucket list.

On Christmas Eve, the LeBlanc family enjoyed a Vegas-like show at Coco Bongos, adding a touch of excitement to their holiday celebrations. Mandalas, with its vibrant culture and lively nightlife, also stood out as a remarkable experience.

Words of Wisdom 

Sara LeBlanc shared some valuable tips for future travelers. She emphasized the benefits of staying at an all-inclusive resort, praising the convenience it brought to their vacation. Additionally, she recommended opting for table service at clubs, ensuring a more cost-effective and enjoyable experience.

Engaging with locals and following their recommendations on activities, food, and drinks was another piece of advice. Sara also highlighted the importance of planning for the peak holiday season, stating, "Christmas is the most expensive time to visit Cancun. Plan accordingly."

A Family-Friendly Experience

Sara would recommend this trip to other couples and especially families with children over the age of 18. The resort provided a plethora of daily activities for adults, including wine and tequila tastings, Spanish lessons, and even Pickleball. The list of possibilities seemed endless.

For families with younger travelers, the resort also offers a variety of kid-friendly activities, such as a surf pool, splash park, wall climbing, dance parties, and crafts. The LeBlancs found the resort to be a perfect blend of entertainment for all age groups.
