Giving Back: Zachary Pet Supply

Walk into Zachary Pet Supply and you can’t miss it. Right by the (very impressive) candy display near the front door is a bright setup packed with Must Luv Dogs merchandise. T-shirts, stickers, and other goodies line the shelves — and every dollar goes directly toward helping local rescue dogs find their fur-ever homes.
The shop, locally owned by Karan Sharma, recently relocated downtown to the former Boot Crossfit building. In the larger space, it has expanded well beyond just a donation drop-off point for Must Luv Dogs. They’ve created a mini fundraising hub where customers can shop for a cause.
Must Luv Dogs, a volunteer-run rescue based right here in Zachary, saves abandoned and neglected dogs throughout the area. They're the folks pulling pups from tough situations, getting them healthy, and finding them loving families. It's all foster-based, meaning every dog gets personal attention in a real home while waiting for adoption. And Must Luv Dogs provides everything the dog needs to be comfortable, like bedding, toys, kennels and even food.
The partnership works beautifully. Pet parents shopping for their own furry family members can easily grab a Must Luv Dogs shirt or make a donation. Meanwhile, the rescue gets steady support and a convenient collection spot for supply drives.
