Zachary's TikTok Star: Crazy Cleaning Lady 222

Jan 14, 2026 12:37PM ● By Jen Gennaro

If you’ve spent any time on TikTok’s “CleanTok,” chances are you’ve seen her: gloves on, hair in a clip, and a whole lot of honesty.

Samantha Mancuso, Zachary’s very own Crazy Cleaning Lady 222, has become an online force, turning her everyday cleaning business into a six-figure digital brand.

Samantha and her husband, Nicky, run Mancuso’s Home Service Inc., a full-service cleaning and home repair company based in East Feliciana. While she handles scheduling, communication, organization systems, and cleaning, Nicky manages repairs and maintenance. Together, they keep local homes running smoothly.

In 2020, boredom during the early days of COVID led Samantha to download TikTok. What started as a few “silly videos” quickly became something much bigger.

“I didn’t even realize you could make money on social media,” she says. “I was just posting real cleaning videos with the messes, the long hours, and the hard days. I wasn’t trying to be perfect.”

That authenticity struck a chord. By 2023, she hit 100,000 followers, though she still had no idea what the earning potential was until a friend explained the basics of monetization. Her first TikTok check, in December 2023: about $400.

Since then?

She has earned over six figures annually through TikTok, TikTok Shop, Facebook, affiliate links, and brand partnerships.

But one milestone changed everything.

When Louisiana-based Longs Products sent her a box of cleaning supplies to try, Samantha was still grieving the loss of her mother-in-law and struggling to create content. Weeks later, during a family medical emergency, one of the videos she posted about Longs unexpectedly went viral.

“My phone was blowing up while I was at the hospital. When I checked it, that video had taken off. Huge. It helped our family get through a really hard time.”

Within months, Longs Products was shipping nationwide, and Samantha realized content creation could be a real business.

Today, she balances running a cleaning company with filming, editing, and posting multiple videos a day. She stays true to her roots by partnering primarily with small businesses and helping new cleaners grow their own companies. “We started with a mop and a mission,” she says. “I love lifting up other cleaners and showing what’s possible when you stay authentic.”

“I love this crazy cleaning life,” she says. “It's purpose, it's community, and it’s helped me build something I never could’ve imagined.”

Giving Back: Cleaning with Compassion

Cleaning with Compassion is Zep’s program dedicated to providing free home cleanings for individuals and families facing hardship, such as illness, grief, injury, or any season of life that makes it hard to keep up with a home. Zep partners with trusted cleaners around the country to step in with practical help and a whole lot of heart.

So when national brand Zep Cleaning Products approached Samantha Mancuso about joining their Cleaning with Compassion initiative, she knew instantly it was the perfect fit.

“It wasn’t just about cleaning. It was about showing up. It was about hope. It was about community.”

Samantha brought that mission straight to her Louisiana community. With support from Longs Products and a team of local professionals who volunteered their time, she helped give a family in need the gift of a clean, safe, peaceful home. For Samantha, that day captured everything she believes about the work she does.

Zep currently completes about two Compassion cleans per month, and they’re building a nationwide network of cleaners with a goal of having representation in every state.

Samantha plans to continue hosting Cleaning with Compassion events in Louisiana, partnering with Zep and Longs Products to bring help, comfort, and a fresh start to more families.

My goal is simple,” she says. “To sling the sparkle wherever it’s needed most.”
