2026 Inaugural Mardi Gras Parade: Celebrating Everyday Heroes

The inaugural Zachary Mardi Gras Parade and Weekend Celebration is set to take place February 13–15, 2026, marking the launch of a new cultural tradition for the community.

This historic celebration is made possible through strong community partnerships with the City of Zachary, the Zachary Police Department, and Zachary Community Schools, demonstrating a shared commitment to unity, service, and cultural pride.

Anchored by the theme “Celebrating Everyday Heroes,” the inaugural parade and weekend activities will honor the individuals who uplift, protect, and enrich the community daily—educators, healthcare professionals, first responders, community volunteers, and countless others.
